All levels of Roman Executive Supervisors and management staff are available 24-hours per day to support and assist all Roman Executive personnel on duty at all times. Prior to the commencement of services our office will assign a Site Supervisor exclusively for your property. Field Supervisors and Quality Control Managers will patrol your property on a daily basis during all service hours provided.

Within the first 30 days of service our office will conduct a complete security assessment of your property and submit a detailed evaluation report for your review. This report will include proactive concepts of CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) which will include:

A complete crime grid search report from your local law enforcement agency specifically focused on your property location and surrounding areas.

Complete inspection of all pre-existing CCTV and Access Control Systems and provide recommendations for additional surveillance if needed.

Recommendations to improve the level of safety & security.

Our office will work with property management for the creation and implementation of Security Post Orders designed specifically for the client property and based on client approval. We will review current security manuals and other security-related documents (if available) in order to determine the extent to which present security measures meet our high security standards and client objectives.
